The staff here are all really friendly, especially during check-out. This place is in a perfect setting, just a short walk away from nearby shops, the Old City area, and the largest church.

Luxury apartment in Quebec City, minutes froma catholic church. There were central heating, television and a microwave oven, bathtubs. Our staff were polite, during check-out.

We had a perfect stay in Quebec City just next door to many attractions, the Central rail station and La Chappelle escalier and cafe and restaurants. The room was neat and fully-equipped, an electric kettle, a fridge, and a microwave oven were available.

We had a great stay at Residences Universite Du Quebec. The location was perfect for exploring the city, with all major tourist destinations within walking distance. The studio apartment was immaculately clean and had a well-equipped kitchen for preparing meals. We felt safe and secure in the quiet building, and the parking garage across the street was convenient. The parking coupons provided by the apartment manager were a nice bonus, saving us money each day.

Despite these minor issues, I would definitely stay at Residences Universite Du Quebec again without hesitation.
